The Site is built and operated on the Shopify e-commerce platform and allows you to browse, select, and purchase clothing ("Goods" or "Products").

Your use of this website, www.themonture.com (the "Site"), and its related sites, services, apps, and tools is governed by these Terms and Conditions, which set out the relationship between you and Monture Pvt Ltd, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, having its registered office at [Registered Office Address] (the "Company"), including the sale and supply of any Products through the Site. If these Terms and Conditions conflict with any other document, these Terms and Conditions will prevail for purposes of using the Site. If those guidelines conflict with these Terms, these Terms will prevail for purposes of using the Site, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Orders, Accounts, and Payments

As a condition of purchase, the Site requires your permission to send you administrative and promotional e-mails. We will send you information about your account activity and orders, as well as updates about our products and promotional offers. The Company does not store your full payment card details; these are handled directly by the relevant payment processor in accordance with applicable data security standards. Products, Quality, and Liability

All Products sold on the Site are sold directly by Monture Pvt Ltd unless expressly stated otherwise. The Company stands behind the quality and description of the Products it lists and sells. Product images are for illustrative purposes; minor variations in colour, texture, or finish (particularly for handcrafted or naturally dyed/fabricated items) may occur and do not constitute a defect.

Where the Site links to or integrates services provided by third parties (including but not limited to logistics partners, review platforms, or app-based features embedded via the Shopify App Store), the Company is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or service quality of those third parties beyond what is expressly agreed with them. The Company does not warrant services or activities that carry inherent risk when performed by the End User outside of the ordinary use of the Products, and the End User is responsible for their own use of the Products.
