Shipping policy

1. Exchange Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Return request raised within 14 days of order placed.
  • Item is unused, unworn, unwashed
  • Original tags and packaging intact
  • No stains, damage, or alterations

2. Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Items marked “Final Sale”
  • Customized or altered products
  • Gift cards – only exchangeable not returnable
  • Products damaged due to misuse

3. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • If requested size is unavailable, store credit will be issued.

4. Rejected Returns

Returns may be rejected if:

  • Product shows signs of wear
  • Tags removed
  • Damage not reported earlier

Rejected items may be shipped back at customer’s expense.
